• Reliability: Dust is the biggest problem in India for electronic equipment, as even air-conditioned offices get dusty. Will the touchscreen be able to stand up to dust, grease, moisture?
• Durability: Will the touch screen be in an unattended public environment and subject to abuse ? Will it need to be impact resistant?
• Harsh Environments: Will the touchscreen be exposed to corrosive liquids, chemicals, or shock vibrations?
• Activation: Will users normally touch the screen with a bare finger, or do they wear gloves?
